Thanks for the response. I think the JNJ buyout has to be a real consideration. They have the cash, they are losing market share quickly, and it is probably easier than spending on R&D to develop their own.

Regarding price, my bet it is close to a near term top at $70. Probably pulls back to low $60's then runs to $80+ in the face of next quarters earnings. JMHO.
