>>and i am tired of having discussions in public with well intentioned, but short sighted moralists who insist on making judgments about things that are none of their business and of which they they know little about.<<
Max,
Check out:
cdc.gov
and tell me this is a purely moral issue. We are currently attacking tobacco users on an economic basis. And even on the moral side, from the point of Natural Law (which is by the way, a non-religious moral view--T. Aquanious (SP) stated that God's Law only applied to the "faithful"--it would certainally be immoral (religiously and non-religiously) to risk you family to STD's for the sake of a "nooner" or a quickie with someone you meet on the street. It is the well-intentioned but short sighted amoriaists who insist on making judgements for which they have little knowledge of.
