Hi Marcie, I've been with VLSI a long time and I think it's just starting to roll. Several tech stocks that I follow are just starting to wake from their winter hybernation. I have the 26 week Moving Average reading about $25 right now. The TA folks won't get interested until we get back close to that number.

So we might have to wait another week!!! :-)
