And that will certainly be a fight with Libertarian Republicans like Cindy asserting her right to build in insensible places "without big brother oversight". But home insurance companies move far quicker, quickly raising fire insurance rates and even refusing to renew the existing insurance policy. That's a zoning change on steroids. . As for building your home in a flood plain. That's not not legally possible in Southern California. That's other places like Houston, Texas. As ignorant as hogs. . But, ultimately you can't save every stupid Conservative from their own pig ignorant nature. If they want to move their trailer to the forest town of Paradise California with 27,000 other stupid conservatives, they can do so. And when the pig ignorant want to eliminate two of the four lanes of their evacuation route out of town, they can do that too. And they can also refuse to leave their trailer when the evacuation call goes out. Of course they had eliminated the evacuation siren as too intrusive. Ultimately it's Darwinian as Conservatives murder themselves with Covid, smoking, or dying in a fire or just terminal ignorance.
