THE DYKE
In the field there is always a fair bit of excitement when you put a trench or pit into what may be an ore zone.
Looking at a surface exposure or a few feet of core can be quite interesting but to see several tons of freshly exposed rock is a real education. It gives you a completely different idea and feel for what you are dealing with. When they open up the dyke Im sure the grew will be quite excited and interested in what they find and I would think the chances are pretty good that some VISIBLE DIAMONDS will show up.
After they get a good look at the dyke via the trench Im hoping I will be able to hear the shout from town.
