Really? What makes you think he was hispanic? All the video feeds I've seen were of videos made by black people cheering the police being shot. That points to it being a black person in a black part of the neighborhood. I wonder what the black vs hispanic percentage of the demographics of Compton is? That would tell us the probability of the person being black vs hispanic.
