Rat's thinking 11, but doesn't like the idea, cuz the next time the R's control everything, they'll add 2, and so on, and 50 years from now, there will be 21 on the court.
It also means doing away with the filibuster, which I don't want to do, cuz it saves us as much as hurts. It's the only reason we still have Obamacare.
