Sector, Goldman hopped off the bid and the deal went down. The CHAT you see on the buy side on lv2 is Chatfield Dean, they put out a strong buy on the stock sometime in late November if memory serves. They are not small, and their brokers are aggressive. Their analyst is pretty sharp. CHAT has been accumulating it for two months. If you want, I can post up the range for tomorrow, but I didn't write down the opening price.
