I guess we can say this is good news, right. Are we surprised by this? Not really. But what is more important: are the shorts surprised by the panel decision? I guess we will find out tomorrow. Will be interesting to see how many of them expected a negative vote by the panel, and how many just think Dermagraft is a product that will never get a significant market share and ATIS at more than $500 million is overvalued because of that. I am happy to be online again at the right time. Hope we all have a nice day tomorrow, Harry P.S. I looked at the details of the new agreement with S&N and I am more convinced than before that the equity part of the agreement is a terribly bad deal for ATIS shareholders.
