So Biden should make a deal with the lame-duck Senate. Keep the seat open, and he’ll pledge not to sign any legislation packing the Supreme Court while he’s in office.
Notwithstanding the assumption that Biden already won the election, such a "deal" is something akin to mafia tactics. "Either you consent to our wishes, or we won't completely blow up the judiciary."

I say go for it. Blow up the judiciary. Pack the courts and see how many Supreme Court justices we can have. There is no constitutional limit, so let's keep going.

Maybe 13? 21? 43? Heck, let's put in 101 Supreme Court justices!
