I have been in daily contact with John Ritter for the last few days. There is not much to report other than the company is positive about their direction, management issues are being resolved and the conference call is still on, just a matter of getting everyone's schedules coordinated. Apparently there are 10 people or so that need to be coordinated. Wish I had more to report.

Gary - Would the fax you received by any chance be all or part of NASDAQ's Marketplace Rules? I downloaded a copy of this from NASDAQ sometime back and looked it over very carefully to try to get clarification of the $5 minimum bid criterion. I couldn't find anything in there which helped. What was the title of the document you received. Thanks.
