With all due respect Eric - you comment on BCMD as much - you rank in the top 10 skeptics. Then you say things like, "I'll wait for 5/8ths". Truth is, I have nothing against your comments at all, and you bet I like the story behind BCMD and I am not afraid to say it. I do not "promote" the stock in the sense of recommending to others that they buy it (that is for brokers to do). I only state my personal opinions which is why I put the do your own due dilligence line in there. Thre is nothing wrong about having a positive long term opinion on a company - something you miss becuase you are an admitted day trader. You are a moment to moment opportunist, not an investor. You are like a player at the craps table. Nothing wrong about it, you're just another factor/component of our market. We are approaching BCMD from different perspectives. I do think you raise interesting observations about the graph and distribution and accumulation. Give it a month and let's see where we are at the end of February. I'll bet you we see 1.25 before we see 5/8ths.

Eric

What are you implying? a)That there is no gold? b)They cannot make money mining it? c)The stock is too diluted for it to do us any good? d)All of the above.

All

Re: News. This is fantastic news. BCMD is a gold mining venture and they are finding gold. IMHO this is providing an excellent illustration of the company's M/O. They are spending (JV's) money on exploration while quietly preparing production line. With PoG low this makes sense to me. Call it hedging. Real price gains are unlikely until production starts and faith is replaced by fact.

I am probably an idiot to have this stock when they haven't produced so much as a gold plated watch strap. It is the potential that pulled me in.

These are mere opinions of course. It seems to me that anyone who uses an unregulated forum such as SI to say they like/dislike a stock can be accused of hyping. It depends on what your threshold is. For me it is when someone pops up on the thread to say another stock is going to pop within the next day or two. Get thee to daytraders.com heathen!

I have opined,
Peter S

No doubt in my mind that it is not being accumulated, it is being distributed.

Wrong. Make no mistake about it, someone has been accumulating slowly and quietly over the last couple of weeks.
The chart plainly shows it via the shape and size of the candlesticks and the small volume.

I'll try to remember to provide you with some links to info about what acc/dist look like.
