Julius Wong, they made minor improvements in their batteries the number posted are totally misleading as the format is 80 by 46 mm cylinder compared to the old format of 70 by 20 mm cylinder.

Calculate the difference in volume and you will realise that there is not much improvement on a volume/W and W/kg in storing energy

The new battery cell package has 132,948 cubic mm compared to the old format of 22,000 cubic mm which request a 6 time more storage capacity with same technology

All that TESLA saved in the new format is actually less packaging per watt of energy storage as they use a bigger storage can anything else is BS and PR

Last week to yesterday i pondered ‘buy the rumor sell the fact’ effect

Now i wonder about ‘the initial pricing reaction after a key announcement is always the wrong direction’

In any case I feel okay to short more, at strikes 800 and maybe 700, and

Can probably hold on to the long position at 500 whilst unloading those at higher strikes
