Refermenting your Baby Duck

I am sure you could add a little wine yeast to your Baby Duck and get it up to 20% alcohol.
It is a giant bottle of pasteurized sugar water with alcohol added for effect.

The sensory analysis concluded that the taste was "very deviant" and "untypical". The aroma was "obtrusive". The sample had "not the least organoleptic resemblance - in terms of taste and smell - to a wine made from pressed grapes."..."There is a foul finish to the wine. . .a quite nasty aftertaste coming from possible [presence of] sulphur, a cidery taste suggesting bad fermentation.
