Sonny, I try not to think about ZITL - I have enough stress at work! <ggg> However, I do own more than I should considering what a gamble it is. I think they have a good tool. I just have a gut feeling they will take off again. I figure they will get a LOT of government work. In my shop we have had 3 programmer job openings for months with NO applicants! Situations like ours practically ensure the automated tool companies will be swamped. As usual, it boils down to time and money - automated tool remediation costs MUCH less than warm body remediation. Of course the tools require a lot of warm body work up front and at the end. Time is running out for human remediations. At this time I own ACLY, ALYD, ZITL, TPRO, and will probably buy IMRS on a pullback. If you just want to buy one right now, I recommend ACLY. It is one of those niche players I talked about. They practically have a lock on old government VAX stuff. i.e. NORAD - remember War Games? Buy real soon on this one. I've read a little about the Australian company - can't remember the name. I can tell you one thing for sure - there is NO silver bullet and there is no one methodology that will work for every situation! The company you mention won't make a difference to these Y2K stocks. I know a relative newbie like me should buy for the long term, but for the next two years I am going for the gusto in Y2K. If they don't move, I get out and go to one that does - time's a wastin'. I rationalize my action by believing I am building my stash during this once in a lifetime situation, so I will have enough money after the year 2000 to become a respectable investor like the people on this thread. You know, buy the fancy expensive stocks in large amounts! My only worry about that - will it still be fun? I may have to go through a Traders 12 Step Program! My guru keeps telling me to have at least ONE good stock, so I finally bought one (I don't think I can mention its name on this thread - it's a competitor). Anyway, I had to admit to my guru that I have traded my GOOD stock twice in the month I have held it! Made some money though. <ggg> Norma
