I think you missed the point. Craig has earlier stated that he is not able to short FIBR when it is under 5 (even though others can). IMHO Craig hopes FIBR will hit 5, (actually the higher the better)so he could short more at that level.
In that case if he buys 10,000 at 5 and shorts 100,000 at 8. he could lose a ton of money when it hits 16

There is no need to attack Craig... He is obviously constrained by legal considerations... Why not just stick to stock facts rather than schoolyard barbs...
