That Question about why have we not gone for the rest of the 990 tons .Well ,we still have plenty material from the first 100 tons .storing and moving it could be a problem .makes sense to leave it ere it is untill we have a sale for it ..but yes we need to be ready and show every one interested in buying that we can produce it .

Wayverider1, thank you for moving into the moderator position, you're doing a fantastic job. Unfortunately I do not get on much, the nature of my work demands too much of my time during these Covid days. I appreciate the work you are doing.

Historically Bentonstocks has been a soft basher, hence the negative angle chosen to phrase the questions. Don't get me wrong: answers to some of his questions would be beneficial to share holders, however a supporting shareholder would have chosen a constructive/positive way to ask for the information. The negative tone is consistent through-out.

One thing is certain in life: negative minded people are drawn together, they feed off each other. The same holds true for conspiracist. Again when something very positive happens with the company the negative Nelly's are the first to deflect the positive and bring on "perceived" negatives. "No amount of proof of the contrary satisfies the conspiracy theorists." The other board has their share of them.

AE ran this company for 7 years and basically did nothing to promote it. In just over two years the company has been brought back from the brink of bankruptcy. They've opened a lab, drilled for more product, created a game changing ink and are involved with new-age companies like Evercloak, not to mention having the top university graphene minds in our country working with our product.

I'm elated with the latest NR, we are the first to develop this ink. The contracts and sales will follow. This discovery is revolutionary and not just relative to Covid.

Cheers!

Good afternoon Wayverider1,

Thanks for your thoughtful post. Especially your first paragraph which, in my opinion is spot on.

Following is my outlook.

I think current management is doing a great job and that we will see more positive results in the near future. I trust our management and Francis in particular. Several months ago, I had an unexpected and unplanned opportunity to meet with Francis, one on one. I came away from that meeting believing that Francis is totally dedicated to, and capable of achieving the success of ZGS.

I have reviewed the questions posted by Chinarab, from the other ZEN SI board. I find no fault with the questions. Whether there is, as you mention, a negative tone, is subject to interpretation. Keeping in mind, my paragraph above, I would like to know the answers to the questions. I believe Francis and other management persons will have no trouble providing these answers.

You wrote an example of negativity, "what happened to quantum dots?" The September 27, 2019 NR stated that UBC-O had started producing Graphene Quantum Dots and planned to scale up processing to 10 grams a day. The GQDs were to be available for sale and research. I believe there was talk at the last AGM that these extremely valuable GQDs could potentially provide enough revenue to make us self sufficient. I don't find it negative to want to know what became of this.

As I mentioned above, I trust our management, therefore I encourage shareholders who want these questions answered, to either post saying so, or reco this post.

Well I can't really delete a post apparently...so I'll just write that rather than focus on tone so much Wavy, look at content, and adapt tone like you said. Go into shareholder meeting positive, neutral and negative and take what you can from others.

Benton may have said this, and you said that, but I think going back and forth on tone and history doesn't do our time justice.
As an aside, I'm extremely disappointed with the reaction of this board generally. The response has been "these questions are legitimate, then insult everyone on other board (for their outlook on investment, I will be first to admit politics is another issue and I won't get into it here) for being negative, then basically write them off as negative nellies...

Seems like a pretty simplistic approach to people who are making self-admitted valid points...no? Anyway, I'm quite bullish on ZEN and think we are definitely making strides, but that's tempered by need for commercial sale which is frankly a fair thing to be concerned about with a business.
