Hello Sonny, Thank you very much for the condolences, I very much appreciate your concern.

I am very sorry to hear that you are having a bad day with the back. When I use to have back problems, it seemed to me that certain types of exercises just irritated it more, like certain of the machines like the stair stepper. Sometimes now I find that even walking will irritate it, but not usually. If I don't turn my mattress regularly also that will effect it. About the Aloa Vera, you can get it at any health food store, but it is twice as expensive. I use to buy it at the health food store until I found it at Walmart. I know exactly what you mean about operations. My husband was in constant neck pain for so long and did not want to get operated on and finally the pain got so bad, he just had to take the chance, (there are risks and there are no guarantees) and he also is much better although not a hundred percent, but very good.

I hope that you fell better.

Take care,
Margaret
:) :) :)

Sonny-Re: "... 30 years left to accumalate wealth..." I'm much more interested in having years left to spend it!! <gg>

BTW, let's see if I got this straight. The CPQ/DEC venture is being credited with pushing down IBM and SUNW prices, but it doesn't boost CPQ!!! Strange! It seems that there has been nothing but good news coming out of CPQ for months, but the price still languishes. Oh well, I guess as with INTC, we will have our day. MRK and CSCO have certainly been good to me recently.

Sonny:
Didn't your Dr. give you exercises to do?. That is supposed to help a lot. My husband was given many of them for each morning that was very very helpful
i also use to think that a Camry was a very uncomfortable car. Do you have a big car? they are all so small now and dammed uncomfortable for anyone with a bad back
I am sorry about your pain and hope you find relief soon.
We are having a good run in stocks. I am going to wait for MsFt and dont care when as the others are doing well.
I guess Clinton is not rocking the boat yet So far so good
Do you have your own ticker? Wow how nervewracking, that all I'd need. Good luck and feel better, We need your humor!
