Yeah:

I responded to the claim. I would much rather make money with SQNS the old fashioned way, by an increase in the share price, but that hasn't worked yet.

I wouldn't really think that this settlement would be causing the shares to have struggled recently as it appears that their liability is capped at the 2.75 million mark.
Lack of revenue hasn't helped the cause.

We shall see what this fall brings in terms of new products and announcements.
