20 year depreciation. You don't get to depreciate all at once nor would you want to.

After 20 years in the business you have to claim everything in income, if your flipping each flip is income.

You can argue this anyway you want to.

Anyone that has been in the real estate business for 20 years and never shown a profit. Is either not making a profit or doing shady crap.

Please explain how any property is rented, flipped and millions made but no taxes paid.

I need anyone to explain anything to me.
