need to be held for 1 and 2 years? Your 'free trading' isn't

Claudia, I was about to clarify Chad's post because the wording
could lead to misunderstanding. The 504 is NOT free trading.
It is restricted for two years.
I think what Chad was trying to say was if you took some
of the 504, you'd have it *as well* as the free-trading
stock you bought on the open market.

Claudia,

Yes they are restricted shares for one and two years but also go to
help AVAL build the company and pay their overhead expenses.
