Secondary offering confirmed! I just got off the phone
with infoseek investor relations (i can't recall the man's
name at the moment) and he said that the 3 million shares
are IN FACT a dilutive secondary offering. When I asked
why they said it was from existing shares in their previous
press release, he couldn't give me an answer.

So folks, any day during the next 3 months Infoseek stock
is going to be diluted by a little more than 10% with these
new 3 million shares. Do you want to be stuck in a long
position the day this happens?

I now feel absolutely no guilt in holding my short position
established today at 12 3/8. This thing may go all the way
down to its 52 week low of 4.

If we can't trust Infoseek's press releases to tell the
truth, why should we trust them at all?
