Mr Dryer, I find your response irresponsible. I have yet to email the web mistress once, planning on doing so this evening. I point out to you that I am Emailing because the person in question has used your new feature to send private messages to me after I have asked him to stop. Sir you are perpetuating a crime and face charges of negligence at a minimum if you do not prevent someone from using your site to commit a crime after being so informed. I have stated that I will pursue leagl recourse if this gentleman persists in his harassment of me. If you do not take action once I have informed you and you can consider this so being informed, then your are liable for his actions. Your casualness is disturbing and if you wish Silicon Investor to be utilized in a test case for new law, then do nothing. If you do not protect the rights of A MEMBER WHo PAID Money sir, then I question your integrity. Care to respond?

This is not to you Brad, Freedom of speech lives. I had a feeling that was going to happen when you all were not getting any responses from Jill. Resentments eat your gut. Lets get on with FTEL, which by the way is at 4 7/8. Several have continued to ask about getting back to basics, in which they were ignored or bashed also. Look in the mirror please and find something about FTEL. It is my money, and I am open minded to hear any views pro -con. Sometimes being right does not mean it is the right thing to do! Hey Brad> I guess this is an anything goes kind of place. But you've got to admit, its a place with alot of immature "posters" on both sides of the fence. If you would have read Value's web page when he first added an FTel Icon, clicked on it, then read the few copied paragraphs on Internet Telephony and how all his material told nothing but "negative" comments. You would have understood a few frustrations some here have had. But hey the guys a little immature in the way he posts his commments and surrounds himself with negativity, or as you say, looking for value. But how many regenerating bulletin board companies are actually full of VALUE? None. ggggg right you are Holmes! He should be finding his Value among the mid to large caps so the P/E, Book-to-Bill, project/actual eps, etc, etc, etc make more sense to him. *Thats the bottom line on Valuespec*. Brad ~ Before I respond to your post I'll take the opportunity to thank you for a GREAT site. In my opinion, this is the best financial site on the web. The latest improvements you've made only enhance it. I was 'grandfathered in' and those that paid are still getting a bargain. It is frustrating to me to see this thread lose its quality and usefulness, at the same time I respect your decision not to bar someone because they are a pain in the a$$. Its sorta like having hoods standing on the corner of your neighborhood while your children are at play. It is not illegal for them to be there but it certainly does take away from the enjoyment of living there. Until they do something against the law your hands are tied, other than moving out. Well, I have no intention of moving out and letting the others take over. Someone had suggested the ability to remove a particular person's post from view so that those post and the responses to them don't have to be trudged through. How about that? Again, it is not your permissiveness that is ruining this thread. It is the irresponsible posting of a couple that take away from it. I'll be here to keep posting if for no other reason to offset the negativity. ~ Jack

Brad, You said it all "FTEL - POSITIVE COMMENTS AND HYPE ONLY". You may as well change the name on the top. You named it and you are a little man. Next time you take that tone with your customers, I hope whatever relative of yours owns this puppy, puts you over his Knee. Your words could cost you a lot of money! Gee, next thing you know we will start saying that you invested in ATT and are trying to save that company from being put out of business, because FNET will take them down! We created this and even you want to give it away. You are quite the businessman. How many of those last 500 messages were people saying how much they could CARE LESS about your little site. They would rather hear from us than you. When you apologize for your insulting manner, Maybe the Email will let up on Jill until then you have made a very poor showing of yourself and your company.
