That's always the issue for you guys and the main difference with our system.. The PM is usually the BOSS as the executive is figurehead.. present minority situation elevates the third party (NDP) as power broker so they walk a fine line between wanting to keep that position and having influence.. We tire rapidly after awhile of minority rule... Lots can be blames on the prez.. but even Mr. Trump serves at the pleasure of the congress.. That is what the DEM's need.. as to one term .. I think his choice of running mate made that clear :) If all goes according to plan Mr. Biden will have two great legacies.. Righting the boat.. and installing a breakthrough pilot to steer it through the white water .. multiple entendre metaphor intended.....
