Well...I made my own estimates for this year and they were $0.50 so I guess Ira is trying to keep up with me. Now what's this about the extra shares being issued Cheryl?

Andrew,

The profit margin on the Myriad portion (45MM or so of the 60MM projected for 1998) is much lower than 23%--it's more like 2-3%.) My guess, based partly on Ira's projections and partly on my shot-in-the-dark assumptions, would be that we'll see something like this for 1998:

Myriad portion: 50MM x 3% = 1.5MM (Very good for a company that they bought for 2.5MM)
"The Rest": 12MM x 20% = 2.4MM

Total = 3.9MM

Divided by 27MM shares = .145 per share

This scenario doesn't attempt to factor in dilution or profits from other new aquisitions.
