TR... Sorry. He is saying a lot of words, but won't commit to anything. Personally I am having a hard time picking up anything. He did not know about NetSpeed award by US West! "Pair doesn't have RADSL solution. Won't be PAIR.... but says he hasn't "lost" the existing account. Remains to be seen how much of RADSL will solve reach issue." International sales is 11%. Won't comment on US West situation. Telcos will not wait for Universal Standards solution. Being pressured by other telcos and cablecos.
