I agree. It's not bad at all. They made a penny against expected loss of 0.04 and keeping their cash position pretty ok. What I liked most was sharp decrease in expenses. They used to spend with free hands but now seems like new CEO is cutting expenses. They also started (long awaited) buying back stock.

Did I read that they gave 7.6 mil to SOLIS? That kind of makes me unhappy. The pathways product is nothing that couldn't have been developed for less by macromedia in-house, and since it has only a small installed base, you can't justify "goodwill" to me. I'm very suspicious seeing that solis only has a few employees, who are ex-Macromedia developers, and therefore may have had an "in" with this deal.
But eh, overall, outside of that, I'm not displeased about the report. I'm happy that the cost of sales has been chopped 2.5 mil, but it looks like at least 1 mil of that just went to executive salaries.
