Most of the time, no unless I have to wear one on for admittance. Then I only wear it on my mouth. I have emphysema as well. Developed it 11 years ago and it can be quite debilitating. In fact, wearing a mask is very problematic for me. It makes it hard for me to get sufficient oxygen levels into my bloodstream. So, you can see how worried I am about this Covid scam. I go out in public every day. And I would never wear a mask outdoors. That is a total scam.
