WDC classically spreads after the bell, and means nothing toward the open... It is trading higher after the bell from what i see...

Help!!! I want to put in a bid to buy this stock tomorrow but don't know what I should bid. I've seen a range from 16-18. I want to do a limit order at 17 1/2 or below, can't afford 18 with a market order with my current E*Trade balance. For your info I owned this stock before (got in at 35 in Apr 97, rode it to 54, watched it drop to 21 before selling). Basic question, does it open up or down tomorrow?
