You and both right and WRONG here.

National press releases go at approx 500 and change.
A regional one goes for 70 to 195 per event.
I think RMIL releases local (State) releases for around 195 per release (Northeast).

Note that these releases are automatically picked up by the wire services and news services when ticker symbols are used to identify a stock.
