There is certain risk. Biden is risk to the market because of capital gains tax hike. If he gets elected stock market will tank into eoy as people book 2020 profits at lower taxes. I am pretty sure Trump ordered Powell to buy SP500 futures, so SP500 won’t drop at least until elections. It is less clear beyond that. I am pretty sure stock market is absent in the USA, at least for the market indexes on which futures are traded.
