Hey Slim and everyone,

Seems some confusion on the "guestbook" I put in - and how to view or sign it. All you need to do is go to the following link [http://www.araldica.com/gb/guestbook.html] this will let you view the guestbook entries to date and has a link (at the top) to go sign it....I love it if you all would take a moment to comment on my (oops, our) web site!!

Enjoy,
Matthew

Hey Slim,

Just decided I answer someone else's comment to you, since he is "outta here"... :)

No $5 million has vanished; one of management was reassigned to oversee the 2 Italian subsidiaries that were purchased; that caused another executive to take over as CEO (not exactly a management shuffle); stock price being manipulated by short-sellers, probably including Ned Penguin, that will end some time soon, for sure after we become a fully reporting company (see previous post on subject); all questions have been answered, short of providing non-public information; financials were published in August, with more coming shortly.

I can only remind you and everyone that we can not control the price of the company's shares; I'm as sorry as you all are that the recent good news has yet to have an impact. In my opnion, when the audit is completed, and the financial statements published, and we have finally filed to become a fully reporting company (see previous post), the stock should take notice and react favorably. Keep one thing in mind: we have gone from $1 million in sales to $10 million in sales in a single year, and we will report earnings (as yet undetermined); that makes for good basis, and the stock to catch up to reality at some point!
