I’M WORRIED BIDEN IS GOING TO STEAL THE ELECTION BY GETTING MANY, MANY MORE VOTES THAN THE PRESIDENT by KATHRYN BAECHT I know some of you think I’m being dramatic, but after watching the debate, it’s clear that our democracy is facing a chilling scenario. I never thought I would see the day, but I’m now convinced that Joe Biden will steal the election in November simply by being the more popular candidate and getting many, many more votes than his opponent. If you think Biden’s not capable of it, you must be blind. Just look at his campaign website. It’s all there: plans for protecting frontline workers, plans for the environment, plans for ending gun violence, the list goes on and on! It’s absolutely terrifying. They aren’t all perfect, sure, but they are thoughtful policy ideas for addressing our nation’s problems instead of continuing on our current, and might I add, very successful trajectory of turning our country into a post-apocalyptic hellscape, shitshow, nightmare, dumpster fire that will soon need a wall to keep people in. You might say, well, who’s actually paying attention to any of that? All that talk from the Biden campaign of policy and responsibility and unity is just posturing for his base. What most Americans want are racist tweets, gross exploitation of the office of the president for personal gain, and an ongoing feud with a dead John McCain. But unfortunately, that’s just not the case. More and more people are being sucked in by sick propaganda that makes them think a candidate should have at least a half-ounce of integrity. It’s like these people drank the Kool-Aid, and the Kool-Aid turned them into hippie freaks who want a president WHO WILL CONDEMN WHITE SUPREMACY. And get this, people are being pulled in by cheap ploys like Joe Biden’s sensible use of a mask. Can’t they see that he’s just wearing a mask to be safe and also to set an example as a leader by demonstrating one easy thing everyone can do to help save lives during this, our hour of crisis? And the Biden campaign is getting even more brazen. They aren’t even trying to hide their plans to steal the election by getting more votes! They think people will vote for Biden because he’s not a tax cheat like his opponent! They openly released his tax returns! They showed that he paid a reasonable amount of taxes based on his income! That’s exactly the kind of crap that will help you steal an election by winning it in a landslide! But perhaps worst of all, and the thing that most people seem to be forgetting, is that Biden has access to the original playbook on how to steal an election. Has everyone forgotten he was Obama’s VP? Remember how Obama stole not one but two elections by doing the exact same thing? Remember all of those people at his inauguration? The ones who voted for him? How they cheered and cried tears of joy, so overcome with pride in our democracy? Take heed and mark my words — that could happen again! mcsweeneys.net

TRUMP’S DOCTOR WRITES AN EXCUSED ABSENCE NOTE TO THE FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION by MATTHEW SEELY Dear Federal Election Commission: I’m writing you to excuse my patient, the Honorable Donald J. Trump, from this year’s election process as he has come down with the China Virus. The president — who, by the way, is the greatest president our country has ever seen — will need relief from some of his job responsibilities until the disease magically disappears. Specifically, I recommend that Mr. Trump be excused from the 2020 presidential election and be allowed to continue on as president indefinitely. While Mr. Trump will be unable to participate in our democratic processes, I am certain that he will be healthy enough to serve out another four-year term. As a giant of western philosophy once said, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” — and I am inclined to agree with Kelly Clarkson in this case. Indeed, should this illness make him stronger, it would be fair to categorize his physical form as “unbelievably Herculean.” With this in mind, I’m confident that Mr. Trump could easily serve at least another eight terms, acting as president well past his 100th birthday. In fact, I see no medical reason to put a cap on the number of terms that our president — who again is doing a fabulous job — can serve. Based on this, I am asking that you simply make Mr. Trump president for life. But, really, come to think of it, why stop at life? His health is so tremendous that I do not see death as being a true barrier to his ability to serve as president, which many people say he has done better than anyone has ever done before. What might appear as death is, in reality, his leaving the physical realm, ascending to a higher level of consciousness — it’s beautiful really, very touching, people are going to love it — where he can rule over us as an invisible godlike being. Should this happen, my medical recommendation is to make Mr. Trump the eternal president of the republic, while one of his children (not Eric) acts in the physical realm as the dear leader. To reiterate, it is my prestigious medical opinion that Mr. Trump cannot participate in democratic elections due to this recent medical diagnosis. Fortunately, this virus kills “virtually nobody,” according to another leading medical expert, the president himself. WHY DIDN’T SAURON CONDEMN THE ORC HORDES? by TARA MILLETTE “Donald Trump ruined the biggest layup in the history of debates by saying — not condemning white supremacists. I don’t know if he didn’t hear it, but he’s gotta clarify that right away. That’s like: Are you against evil?” — Brian Kilmeade, Fox & Friends co-host, 9/30/2020 - - - Why didn’t Sauron condemn the orc hordes? I’m totally puzzled, you guys. After being asked to comment on the orc hordes maiming and eradicating whole villages, Sauron kind of sidestepped the question and started talking about how orcs actually have great table manners? What does this mean? And then, when later asked to clearly condemn the orcs and their violent extremism, Sauron went quiet and then blinked a bit before giving a weird coded message that only orcs can understand. Then all the orcs cheered and started repeating it? Anyone have a beat on this? It’s strange, to say the least. On the one hand, it seems clear in multiple ways that Sauron is benefitting from their bloodlust, but on the other hand, he didn’t blatantly say, “I love orcs and fully support their massacres,” so I’m not sure what to make of it. - - - Why didn’t Hades condemn the kidnapping and forced marriage to his now-wife, Persephone? I’m confused, folks. Hades is a real off-the-cuff kind of guy, granted, but I’m really unsure of why he won’t openly condemn his brother for kidnapping Persephone and essentially ordering her into marriage, thus shackling her to the duties of Queen of the Underworld. Even though Hades profits directly off of these heinous circumstances, and the simplest explanation is that he’s just, like, “down” with it, there must be something else to it, right? Some reason, any other reason (except the very obvious one) for why he’s not speaking out? I’d just hate to condemn his non-condemnation. I feel like that would be such a rush to judgment. I mean, then we’d have to start thinking that something’s up, and I’d hate to accidentally normalize something so terrible. - - - Why didn’t the Media condemn dancing around the truth?I can’t figure this one out. Does it benefit the news Media to not call out what we all know to be true? Is it possible that in order to not face the full horror of what is right before us, they’ve decided to instead ask feeble questions like “Gosh, why couldn’t he condemn white supremacy?” and “Sheez, shouldn’t he have knocked that question out of the park?” Is it possible that plainly stating that the President of the United States is a virulent racist might be seen as “disloyal,” and that scares them more than telling the truth? Nah, that can’t be it. After all, how would they benefit from all of that?
