I think they're struggling with the turnout models, as well. It is clear that Hispanic and Black turnout is in play, and at the same time many women are turned off by Trump. And now, this paper ballot nonsense -- which is nothing more than attempted election fraud, is a factor. Then, there is Trump getting sick, being off the campaign trail, while the paper ballots are being cast -- essentially eliminating the opportunity for him to persuade. And him being silent could even be the best thing that happens to his campaign. When you get this many critical variables moving at once, anything can happen and we have no historical knowledge of how this stuff affects the polling. Nothing but intuition.
