ooo. looks like i botched that post. i missed item 5 completely which i've generally noticed as simply "n/a." 13g's are an abbreviated 13d; the latter discloses ownership of securities by any person or group that acquires more than 5% and must be subsequently filed within 10 days after said acquisition.
