I know why. Because he is a manipulative little demon who says whatever he has to say to service his agenda. At the time he said it, we didn't have many masks in the country because the Chinese had bought them all up and sent them back to China. He started telling people to wear masks when supply became available. . You can't believe a word that comes out of his Hillary loving mouth. He is a scumbag. He is not to be trusted about anything.
