I'm exhausted just reading your post. gg

The shop sounds familiar. We have an outbuilding we call the "garage" that consists of a work shop with what seems to me like multiple editions of the same tools, but I guess they're needed? Work benches, shelving, power tools and cubicles filled with screws and nails and bolts and washers and all the other stuff you guys need to make a rural home function. Then there is the heated storage for the delicate and priceless stuff I couldn't let go of when we downsized. There are lean-to's on each end of the garage. We store the mower and all other outdoor tools as well as the fire wood for the wood burner in his shop on one end and the car and other stuff at the other end. There are also two sheds out there for winter storage of lawn furniture and other miscellaneous stuff + the pump house that I call a storage shed too.

I want him to turn one of them into a she-shed so I have a place where I can set up my own kind of shop.

He's so embroiled in a project down at the cabin increasing the size of the the pump house for another work shop and more storage that I think the she-shed project is going to have to wait until next year.
