Very well put Elroy, especially the doctor parable:

"it's hard to argue something like a doctor with less information about a patient is probably more like to heal the patient when compared to a doctor with more information about a patient."

Adding to that, you'd rather have a surgeon with a steady hand, rather than a shaky, unskilled one – and a doctor who knows the textbooks in and out, and keeps up to date with recent research, rather than and unknowledgeable one.
