toulene is not a problem unless you brown bag it and huff it. It is also rarely used in today's nail business. The reason it was eliminated from nail products is because kids were doing exactly that with it. There is no formaldehyde used anymore either. Nor is the dibutyl phthalate.

Almost all nail products are 3 free and some are 5 free, 7 free or even 9 free. . Much has changed in the last 20 years.
