general update... the company has been in talks for a while to aquire properties in the US. when asked about the 5m rights offering that still must be done, management said that it has been put off until a deal is struck in the US.Reading between the lines, i would assume they don't want to alter the number of shares thus indicating they are doing a deal with another public company and not just aquiring properties. KAZ dealings continuing with resolution by quarter end....it is such a dark cloud!
