I think this is positive as it gives the company more credibility. I don't know about Stuek's abilities but a good CEO is worth alot. Look at what happened to AT&T after their change in management. SSAX looks poised to get the kinds of respect that some of their competitors get in the market if they can perform with some consistancy. I'm more encouraged today about SSAX than I've been about a stock for several months.

Interesting from 10K, Mr. Stuek will be CEO starting
from Nov. 1, 1998.

Do you know if this information on Mr. Stuek taking over in November was available prior to the release of the 10K? I commend you for finding that in the extensive document.
