Another case of a black man resisting arrest and suffering the consequences of it.

The fact that the officer will be charged is a travesty of justice. Now black people are MORE likely to resist arrest knowing that cops will be less likely to even tase them.

The rise in crime all across America is proof. It started with the Ferguson effect, and now is becoming the "new normal."

And the media is absolutely silent on this.
