Buffett pays at a lower percentage of his Federal taxable income than does his secretary.
And that's because Buffett chooses to structure his income in order to pay the least amount of taxes required by law.

Actually that is only true in once sense. It is a confused line. Buffett pays at a lower percentage of his Federal taxable income than does his secretary.
