Brad,

Thank you for the synopsis. My one concern was the tax lien,

"FAMH will get NO liens from the Myriad transaction"

but you have laid that to rest. I will listen to the replay myself tonight now that I can, but I appreciate your take on the conversation.

Cheryl, It also heartens me to learn you feel confident about the conference. I value your opinion.
