And all this time I thought barbacoa was Italian. Where's Janice? I can't believe I followed you through everyone of those URLs. But it was worth it! Oh yes! Now I have to go try to look up maguey leaves-because not one of our barbacoa has ever made use of this obviously vital ingredient.
