I think the SI crowd must be average-aging demographically, otoh Otoh, the crowd set in own ways Red and Blue, each fairly comfortable and so can indulge in desktop politics The predictit is just another data point, along w/ NAK bunch I am dispassionate as well as agnostic about the Trump vs the Biden. Their team members make the difference, and I doubt the by-the-people-for-the-people as a whole would enjoy either Team’s management. Under the circumstance for ballot-electorates it become a question of who provides more freebies and more entertainments, a/k/a bread & circus. For the investor electorates, whether to long then short, or to short then long. For me, the issue is infrastructure spend. Gold shall up without a question. Issue is what else up? I have a list somewhere that highlights which stocks should do well under auspices of Red vs Blue enabled by a sweep.
