To Anyone Who Feels Like Commenting, I have become concerned over ILII's price weakness. I called IR last week and they stated that 4Q revenues had increased 150% over 3Q levels, which I felt were impressive results. However, the price continues to erode. Today, I visited both ILII's and ONSALE's site. In my opinion, ILII's site has nowhere near the sophistication or customer appeal of ONSALE' s site. How can ILII compete against ONSALE and keep increasing revenue as it has in the past? Is the majority of their revenue from the auctions or is this just a part of their overall business offerings? Any comments would be appreciated. I believe ILII is in a great market and has strong alliances. Their record so far has been very strong and the company has always been extremely professional in my dealings with them. However, I'm just concerned about future growth potential. Dick F
