Off Topic SOES... Good little Write up on the SOES and some efforts to change it again... The Association of Electronic Traders for Fair Securities Market Regulations, specifically to fight some proposed new NASD rules most SOES firms believed would be extremely detrimental to them and to the market. Last week Lee and other association leaders went to Washington and met with the SEC and members of Congress to lobby against the proposed rules. They succeeded in getting the SEC to reconsider and revise the proposals. amcity.com Jim
