Yes, my one concern was the tax lien but now I know that Ira is a good business man and got Myriad "cheap". Now what I am concerned about is....how many shares will be issued this year? It probably is not a big deal but....can somebody please clear this up?

Andrew, I don't really know how it all will work, but I really doubt that we will be at the current low prices for much longer.

Those of you that have been here since the beginning of the thread, know that I used to have fun trying to predict the price. ;-) With the release of the financials, I think within two weeks we will be at double the price we are at right now. We might even go over $1.00. This is just my opinion.
