To anyone-How will the new SEEK shares get into the market? Are they issued by a prospectus or sold through the 'open market'.

I e-mailed investor releations a few days ago and have no response. I'm curious how the stock will be priced. If it is just fed into the market, I guess the price is that days price.

I'm a bit confused. Thanks..SW
